Return Policy

Items purchased here and in brand stores may be returned for up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Items may only be returned if they arrive damaged,defective or do not match the description.For assistance with your order,please contact us.

Items must be in as new condition,have the tags on and returned in their original packaging.

For safety and health reasons,climbing harnesses,underwear and the Reusable Face Mask cannot be returned.Shoes and socks must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Items purchased anywhere except here must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

Exchange Policy

The goods needed to be exchanged must meet the requirement of return goods without reasons within 7 days,which is maintain the condition at the time of purchase time,and meet the condition of secondary sales.It specifically includes the following three requirements:

1.Great goods condition.which means the commodity surface no scratches ,no grinding (broken) damage,no knock,no use,no disassembly and other traces on the commodity surface.The commodity still remain its original quality and function.

2.The outer package of goods is complete.The outer package means Original packaging of the manufacture(Excluding cartons or paper bags of Logistics itself)

3.If the commodity have accessories equipment,it should be complete.

Pay Attention:

The success of the exchange may be affected by the inventory.However,the exchanged goods can be processed as returned under the compliance with our return policy.

If the goods returned to the warehouse do not meet the above requirements,our company has the right to refuse the return application,and the consumer should bear the relevant freight.

Refund Policy

The refund period you cancel your order:

After you cancel your order at our website,normally,the refund will be returned to your payment account within 24 hours.

The Refund Period you return you order:

When you create a return application at our website,and have sent the package to our return address,we will process your refund requirement immediately after we checked the goods you send back and ensure it has met our requirements.

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.Seasonal delays can sometimes extend this timeline.

Refund only include your payment.But if the goods was damaged because of improper delivery，and you have pay the shipping fee for it,you can contact us with email or call for assistance.

Orders paid online will be refunded through the original method.

Orders paid with the gift card will be returned to the original gift card.
